KATRINA’S CLOTHING aims to process and ship orders within 48 hours, weekends and public holidays excluded. Orders paid after 1pm (GMT+8) each business day will be processed and dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on Monday.

If you have special requests relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these when required on the delivery details page as you are checking out.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, and damages incurred during the shipping. We will also not be liable for charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

DOMESTIC (within Philippines)
We aim to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible so we have teamed up with JRS to guarantee next business day delivery for all capital cities and major metro areas. You should receive your order within 2-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

KATRINA’S CLOTHING happily ships worldwide using FedEx only. All international orders can take between 7–15 business days to be delivered and come with insurance and a unique tracking number for your convenience.

For our international customers, all prices quoted on our site are displayed in Philippine Peso (Php), and will be charged in Philippine Peso. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs/import duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
